Most unprofessional experience I have ever had with both John and Rob at Amity Harbor! We initially went to look at boat, scheduled 2 1/2 days in advance. They had just removed the winterization covers that morning- the boat presented well, however would not start due to batteries not being charged. John was embarrassed and apologetic that day that he forgot to check that- unfortunately we could not proceed until they took the time to prepare the boat to be properly seen.
