This doctor her staff just not good. My husband a dialysis patient. The office staff in exton showed me discrimination because I was white. I used to put up with it. But this dr in my view has a no care attitude. Unfortunately my husband had surgery inpatient at 64 he had to miss 2 appointments. Then since she is an endocrinologist I had a concern over his parathyroid test. She pushes you to another dr and does not want to deal w this issue. I made an appointment 3 months ago to have my hypothyroidism managed and the day of the appointment I receive a call that I didn’t have lab work completed that was necessary to “prove” I have a condition that I’ve been dealing with for 5+ years and they cancel my appointment. I received no information or requests prior to an hour before I was supposed to go in and they just canceled my appointment on me. Horrible horrible service and I will not be making another appointment to try and see her.
I wish there was zero star option. In July 2024 I was admitted to ER and was feeling dizzy and fatigue. Doctor referred me to Endocrinologist and another speciality. And I had an office appointment with her, it was my first initial appointment with her. Usually doctor do not rush but Dr. P did and she was not willing to order any blood work. Staff was punctual, helpful and friendly! Doctor was very through, professional and caring! She addressed all my concerns! Would definitely recommend!!
Kind, caring and thorough doctor. Great bedside manner and very responsive to post visit questions.
