Rude staff. Sandy and Cindy are not professional and passive aggressive . When I put in the feedback no one cared, so I had to share my experience to alert future patients. I would put 0 stars if I could . Dr Mann also has terrible bed side manner.
I am deeply upset and profoundly disappointed with the lack of care my mother received from Dr. Mann. My mother had a stroke six years ago, and her declining mental sharpness causes her to struggle with remembering her medication schedule. As her son, I live with her and am ready to manage her medications, but she can be stubborn about giving up control. When I first went to her she got me hooked up with one of her friends to colonoscopy well after they did it I had all kinds of gas and all kinds of bloating in problems and they told me to call if anything happened and I called and called them and they never got back to me so I asked her what wrong with her friends and she told me to stop whining about it never had a doctor talk to me like that last time I saw her I just got out of the hospital I had pneumonia and started yelling at me for some reason I said please don't do ... read more
