I’ve been calling trying to schedule an appointment for a week- no one has returned my call unfortunately.
Excellent doctor! I’d recommend her to anyone! The scheduling team is also fantastic. However, whenever I need to contact the nursing team or billing department for help, it’s a completely different experience—I never get a response.
Dr Kathuria is great she's very atenttive and down to earth, but the prescription refill department, you will never get ahold. When you need a refill on meds you can call and call and call I've even had to drive there the front lady put the note in and still no response its really alarming that you can't get ahold of anyone over there. Especially when it deals with sensitive medication. One time I left my appointment and someone just didn't even send my new prescriptions over to my pharmacy and it took 2 weeks to fix the iss... read more
