Dr. Heaser is just another corporate physician. My mother has been under her care and this physician can't cure the common cold without dragging the patient back to the office. My mother can't drive and has a hard time getting to the office but Dr. Heaser could care less. They got to get that money from another office visit. My wife just had a baby and arrived to the doctor and was literally 2 min late to her first appointment. But because she had to stand and wait for the receptionist to finish her personal conversation which took another 5 min the doctor refused to see her. We were told the "The doctor is a stickler about being on time." This is absolutely unacceptable especially for any medical professional.
