My wife just had a baby and arrived to the doctor and was literally 2 min late to her first appointment. But because she had to stand and wait for the receptionist to finish her personal conversation which took another 5 min the doctor refused to see her. We were told the "The doctor is a stickler about being on time." This is absolutely unacceptable especially for any medical professional.
