My teenager had physical therapy here. I had to cancel appointments the receptionist is very RUDE. The physical therapist wanted the parent of a teenager to not be on the phone. They never notated in the system when we canceled appointmts and said it was a no show. NOT TRUE. If you can go elsewhere I highly recommend doing so
I go to this location for my physical therapy since March 2023 after my ACL reconstruction. This place is sparkling clean. All therapist are very attentive and my recovery exceeds my and doctors' expectations. I was on my feet 2 weeks after the surgery. I would like to give shout out to Yuri, Daniel, and Leonard for doing fantastic job on my knee. Everyone there is always cheerful, helpful, and very kind, including Bernadette who schedules appointments. Thanks to all of them my recovery is going very smoothly.
