The doctors are great, the company & service is horrendous. I called in 3 times on separate occasions to get an appointment for certain testing my doctor ordered and told me to schedule a nurse visit for, and was told a nurse would call me back. They NEVER did. Not once. The 3 times I was told they would. When I called into multiple numbers....primary care, OB, lab testing, nurse, just to see if I could get an answer from someone, NO ONE seemed to know what was going on and I got different answers from everyone. The phlebotomists are good at this location however the receptionist especially today for Lab are pretty belligerent and argumentative because they made a mistake and lack the professionalism to acknowledge it. The unprofessionalism with the facial expressions and silence were unwarranted also when I stopped the argument and asked to be checked in. She disappeared for over 10 minutes with 9 patients in the waiting area waiting on her return as well.
Very nice place it is clean and the nurses are so nice
They do a painless lab services. Wonderful people working there.
