I think this place has a heart and is preventative and they care but I also think they could communicate better and work with each person individually instead of doing the exact same thing for everyone. There's protocol but also communicate with your patients! I have been receiving mammograms and ultrasounds and working with Kanesha Bryant, a surgeon there, because I have dense breast tissue. I brought my 6-month-old daughter to Hinsdale Hospital for a hip X-ray, and while we did end up waiting over an hour despite being told it would be a quick 5-minute wait, the staff was kind and gentle once we were seen. I had to ask for updates a few times, which was a little stressful with a baby, but overall I appreciate the care we received and the professionalism of the team. I love this hospital and know things can get busy—just hoping for a little more communication next time.
