Dr Song was supposed to do my surgery in 3 to 4 weeks but I was in so much pain that he pushed it up to just days after my visit. He &, his team took such wonderful care of me, I can not thank them enough!!
The one star rating is for the office staff, NOT actual doctors. My dad never got to meet the doctor. Office staff is the most incompetent, rude and not caring staff I have ever dealt with. They verified insurance, which took almost 2 weeks after multiple phone calls, due to spelling mistakes they made. I offered to email the card or referral- they are like robots "our office does not accept emails and our system cannot verify your insurance so something wrong with your insurance" and this is when we had multiple offices the... read more
They are amazing there. I was so nervous going for my first Neurologist visit and the staff is friendly, and make you feel comfortable.
