Their phone system is terrible. I can hear them but they can't hear me. Sometimes it works, other times they just can't hear me. They need to get this repaired, and call a phone tech. It's ridiculous. Also, I came during office hours to drop of a lab sample and the tech was unavailable. The lab is kept locked. Stayed for ten min after ringing the bell, and still nothing. Went and ran an errand and came back, but still unavailable. Went to the front desk, and they were able to track the lab tech down. They're set up is not ef... read more
