Dr Sonali Bhatnagar and those who work immediately with her are great. Those who answer the phone, the people who work at the front desk and in the lab are always irritated. And the billing thing, where they bill your PCP appointment as a specialist appointment also happened to me. I had them correct it, but that can be hard.
Incorrect charges on my bill, because of their careless， they made a mistake instead of putting the numbers for PCP, they put it in for specialist, that's ridiculous! I'm charged $126.96 to pay out of my pocket, because they put it on the bill I'm seeing a specialist without a referral, it's your responsibility, it's your billing department Job.
Dr. Issa is more like a salesman than a dr.! Kept repeating I was ok and feeling good, but he tried signing me up for more unessary follow up appointments when I specifically said NO I do not want them! Keep your guards up during these desperate times!!!
I’m very disappointed with my experience here. It feels like the staff prioritize billing over patient care. I was significantly overcharged—by a few thousand dollars—because a routine scan was incorrectly coded and billed as an emergency visit. I went to this lab for bloodwork ordered by my OBGYN. I explained clearly to the first phlebotomist that I’ve always had issues with blood draws and that repeated attempts are very painful and often leave me with bruises. She was kind and respectful and I appreciated her approach. However, when she wasn’t able to get any blood, she asked another technician in the room to help.
