My experience dealing with the front desk staff during the weekdays, particularly on Monday mornings/afternoon. Particularly the woman with the glasses is cold and heartless. No compassion. My family member is in a bad state and was told we would get a 2 person exception yesterday as we spent the whole day. After arguing with the front desk staff and nursing department they tell me sorry, it wasnt accurate. I called about chest pains and Dr Gries rearranged his schedule and saw me almost immediately. He scheduled a test quickly and found a problem. His team went to work and they were flawless. The staff and physicians were professional and efficient. They provided me all the knowledge I needed to make informed decisions. They were excellent. Dr Pop performed the procedure and he was excellent.
