When I called to schedule a CT chest scan Manager Rhonda was personable, professional & pleasant. She told me my CT Tech would be Heather & she too was great! My appointment was Thursday 6/6/24 & I was greeted by a lovely Asian woman who went above & beyond making me feel welcome. She diffused a toxic confrontation I had with the billing woman who was cocky, unprofessional & acted like she was doing me a favor. 5 weeks later I still haven't received my results nor has my Doctor as I just checked the portal & nothing. Horrible- the front desk very unprofessional and was double billed(because she, Linda, could not find the transaction) so she charged me again. the technician that administered the test was wonderful.
Update 10/1/2023 Ascension/Saint Alexius/Amita Outpatient Center is a convenient place to get Physical Therapy and imaging tests done. I had my intake for physical therapy sessions with Ricky. He was very friendly and thorough asking many questions to assess if I had muscle, nerve damage or worse. Erwin was great at coaching and encouraging during stretches.
