Easy, free parking. Professional, pleasant staff. I had a very good experience using this facility for the first time, for a mammogram. In and out quickly, less than 30 minutes. No waiting, except maybe 30 seconds before being called in for the test. Note, it was a weekday at 11am. Results were sent, received, and posted by my doctor in portal about an hour later. Very impressed! I have typically gone to the hospital for this type of test, but I'm very glad I gave this facility a try due to more convenient scheduling.
I showed up for a walk in appointment. The lady at the front desk was nice, she entered my insurance, info and order then asked me to pay $900 upfront for an xray! I said no thanks, took my order back and called Bright-light and it’s $60. I would highly recommend going there for any imaging or ultrasound tests. They’re in network for most insurances and way more affordable. Don’t over pay if you don’t have to.
When I called to schedule a CT chest scan Manager Rhonda was personable, professional & pleasant. She told me my CT Tech would be Heather & she too was great! My appointment was Thursday 6/6/24 & I was greeted by a lovely Asian woman who went above & beyond making me feel welcome. She diffused a toxic confrontation I had with the billing woman who was cocky, unprofessional & acted like she was doing me a favor. 5 weeks later I still haven't received my results nor has my Doctor as I just checked the portal & nothing.
