Son has frequent blood draws here. It’s always the same, phlebotomist is always late, no apologies. If you’re not the first person in line (and I mean even if your the second in line), you’re waiting at least 30-45 minutes after her initial 15 minutes set up delay. It’s very frustrating and makes everyone late for school/work.

Needed an x-ray of an ankle after a painful injury. Hours of operation are limited. Technician was very kind and helpful. It was performed on 11.27.'24, I was told the results will be in next day, (and I understood that it's not going to happen for Thanksgiving) however, to date, 12.07.'24 my doctor didn't get them yet. I don't know is this a new norm, or an exception, or this is like with lab work "if you don't hear from us, everything is fine". Judy rushed me in and rushed me out. Did not focus on the area of concern. Direction was not clear. Said scan was taken on the entire body (?? when I need only the pelvic area). I didn't feel confident or trust the results for their scan. Update: I tried to call as you request and just got the run-around. Nobody seem to know where to send call to or what Ascension Illinois Community Manager is.

I went for a mammogram on Monday. I was very nervous and anxious as this would be my first time. Lisa was my tech and she was just wonderful. She was gentle, explained everything to me, and put me at my ease. I felt no pain, only pressure and very mild discomfort during the second position. Nothing to worry about and the experience was made all the better by the professionals at this location. Thank you again!
