The girl that helped me schedule my appointment with the orthopedic surgeon was wonderful. She assisted me in finding a surgeon that I would be happy with. I really appreciated the time she took with me.
You know, my experience was actually not horrible until the very end, when my nurse who I didn't see ONE time my entire 4-5 hour ER visit told me I was "the longest discharge ever" followed up with a "well there are people literally struggling to breathe" as if I wasn't someone struggling with pain as well. My blood pressure was 158/96 and that never got addressed, I was clearly in pain but not offered even an ibuprofen.
