I would give less than 1 ☆ if possible. I received my CPAP machine on 2/11. For insurance purposes, I am required to be seen within 3 months. For 6 weeks I have attempted to make an appointment only to be told there are none available and someone will get back to me. I sent a message to the Doctor via My Chart and that gets me nowhere. Not only does insurance require to be seen, but I am having issues with the machine and have no Doctor to guide me so I am in there making changes to the recommended prescription myself. Dr. Vaid was attentive, patient, and extremely thorough with my dad's evaluation.
First of all: Hillary! The receptionist at the Fair Oaks location is beyond wonderful! She is compassionate, kind, thoughtful and thorough. She represents the office very well and is the perfect 1st impression one would want for their office. Dr Vaid: kind, thoughtful, good listener, and thorough. Can not recommend this office enough! My dad has complex pulmonary issues and this office makes us feel like we are in the BEST hands possible.
Dr Vaid is fantastic! Everyone in his office is kind and thorough!
