Dr Verma is a 10/10 as are nurses, receptionist. very nice. An incredible thorough team and honestly I’d give 10 stars. However, My issue was the lab. Very nice people, however, one woman was chomping on an apple at the desk in a small blood lab with many people who are immunocompromised, as it is an oncology office. She has no mask on so how is it helpful if all these other workers and patients have on masks and there are signs to keep 6 feet distance but you are eating in the blood lab?
