Courteous caring understanding the problem, like family
I was newly diagnosed with a very nasty breast cancer & was scared of next steps. My hubby & I met with Dr. Shah, who was patient with us, answered our questions and made us feel heard as he explained the process. He truly showed concern and care. I have a long road ahead, but feel that I have a good team there at Florida Cancer Specialist in Sebring for this journey.
Dr. Shah is a genuine caring doctor. He listens to my concerns and does his best to accommodate my needs.
My appointment was a waste of time and money. I had 2 people from your office tell me I should still keep my appointment on the 16th even though I couldn't make my PET scan appointment due to being rushed to the ER. At my appointment the Dr said he didn't know why I was there due to that! Neither I nor my insurance should be billed!
Everyone was so kind and Dr. Shah was very thorough. He listened and came up with a plan. Took his time to explain everything to me.
