Everyone was very nice, however, I came expecting an injection and learned upon arrival that my insurance had denied the injection in favor of an infusion. I’m a hard stick and need to prepare for such procedures. After the second unsuccessful attempt, we decided to reschedule. I should have been informed of the change ahead of time and wasn’t —especially since I called the day before and was told it was approved.
Always on time and friendly and listened to all my questions. Dr. Shah will be missed as seeing him since 2008.
Been going there 10 years always been treated like a person. Not a number and Dr. Shah has been one fantastic Doctor he might be straightforward, but he tells you the truth, gonna miss you. I hope you have a great retirement.
We had a great visit yesterday with the staff. They are fun to kid around with. We are sad that we are losing our Dr. Shah. But after 39 years he deserves to retire and play with his grandkids. We will miss him. But I'm sure Dr. Yella will do a great job also. Overall I'm very glad I was referred to Dr. Shah and Florida Cancer Center from Michigan to complete my treatment.
