Dr Goyal was great before, during and after my procedure. He rates 5 . The San Antonio office rates 1 . Made my follow up appt months ago, drive 100 mile round trip to S.A., at sign in, I was advised by the front desk rep that my appt should have been rescheduled due to Dr being out of office that day. I didn't receive any notification from that office to reschedule via phone call, email, text message, or their messaging site - Kiara.
