Got appointment scheduled in a timely manner, prep was straight forward as expected, team onsite were pleasant, efficient and empathetic. All in all, easy in and out (no pun intended)!
Dr Shaw has been my doctor for 10 years and Dr Bhuva before him. I had Barrett's Esophagus with High Grade Dysplasia and had 2 Halo procedures that basically stopped me from getting cancer. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate my doctors here. Since then I have to go in for check ups and EDG's every couple years. I have never had any problems, ever. Follow-up colonoscopy for previously discovered (and resolved) issue. Very nice facility, excellent staff and doctor who explained the process and findings. Will happily continue with Dr. Shah. P.S. Make your colonoscopy better by requesting Clenpiq and paying attention to your diet before your procedure, ie, switching to a Low Residue diet early. This is a procedure where you want the best possible information which you get by doing your part.
Dr. Shah and his staff were very kind and caring during my visit. The nurses . Anna and Holly, answered all my questions about my procedure. My procedure was done on time. Lois, who administered the anesthesia, explained everything clearly. Dr. Shah also explained his findings clearly.
Facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Talked with Dr Shah before the procedure. He explained the procedure. Afterwards he explained what occurred.
My son has been going to Dr. Shah since 2018 and before today I would have said he was a great doctor who really cared about his patients. The man we saw today was not even a tiny resemblance to the Dr. my son loved. My son has so many health issues and his GI issues are just one of his many health issues. My son was asking questions trying to understand IBS and how it relates to the symptoms he is having. Dr. Shah was rude and dismissive. Very good experience at the office! Quick in and out! Very pleasant staff! Very good facility!
Routine colonoscopy, everything was explained well, all the staff was ready and worked well together, it was quick, painless and everyone was very friendly and professional.
He seemed like a pleasant enough man but my encounter with him was very brief. Went in for a colonoscopy. I saw him for less than five minutes after the procedure was over. Pretty much all he said was a polyp was removed, did not look cancerous but wait for biopsy results. The rest of the staff was awseome, very friendly, especially nurses Ashley & Holly.
