Absolutely Amazing front staff!!! Dalia goes the extra mile to make you feel right at home with a positive attitude...all front staff has been perfect! Dr. Fuentes, there aren't enough great things I can say about this provider...Trusting him with my care has been the best decision..100 percent recommend!!! Thank you
From all the sweet ladies at the front desk scheduling, and the visiting room with vitals. Everyone is so welcoming, warm, & empathetic to your needs. They are different from other clinics because you can FEEL like they are genuinely interested in figuring out how to help you. Dr. Fuentes & his nurses are so patient & understanding. I'm in my thirties & my body is on the cusp of changes, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else with my health. I highly recommend!
This clinic does not care about their patients. The road construction was horrible and we were unaware of it even being there, we called to let them know about the road construction and it making us late to our appointment. When got there 30 min late and they turned us away. Despite the fact we communicated about being late and the road construction being the reason which was out of our control they refused to see my husband. Dr Fuentes is the best DR I've ever had and actually cares and listens to his patients. Took me 38 years to find a great Dr but now I'm here to stay.
