fan install done quick no burning smell like last time and cost was clear before they started
panel upgrade done just before a cold snap and guests arrive tmw, was out of pocket but worth it
had guests over all weekend and power kept flickering so decided to get the panel upgraded last minute. they showed up end of day, worked quick. payment was covered by my extended warranty which saved me a headache, way better than trying to sort insurance claims on my own.
Got new lights put in kitchen while chasing toddlers. Quick job, everything works now without me babysitting the electrician.
