I saw Jamie covering for Dr. DESAI. She is personable and knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything and answer my questions.
Mostly a good experience, except for billing. Everyone tells you to call financial counsel. They are not billing, they do grants and people who need financial help. Had a problem with a bill and didn't hear from billing for a week. Your staff needs a number for billing.
