I'm not sure how I feel. We got a customized peice and were told it could take up to 10 weeks to recieve. Understandable, as it is handmade. However, we are now on week 11 and we never recieved a call or anything from the company letting us know they hadn't forgot about us. We haven't recieved the product and we only heard some possible places it could be only after we physically went to the store to ask them.
