Wonderful food, fantastic service!
Dining out with a large group (18 people) can be difficult sometimes. Tonight was a pleasant surprise! My husband and I order carryout from Ami's at least once a month. It's consistently delicious so when a family member was celebrating a birthday we decided on Ami's. From the minute we walked in the door Charlie, our server, was on it! terrible service. we had a table of 15 and slowly we came in getting there at different times so they could’ve gotten us our drinks as we came in. got there at 12:20 took about 30 minutes for us to even get any menus and it had been almost a whole hour and didn’t even get our drinks yet. my grandma had to go up and ask for the menus because they did not even acknowledge us. we left and the server seemed happy for us to be leaving, we weren’t rude in any way or anything.
One of the best pizza in O'Fallon.
We order one saint louis style and one new york style, pizza and a salad. The salad had one olive one slice of tomato one peppercini and like four croutons. Half of the saint louis style pizza was burn,and it had ham which we asked not to have ham. The new York style was blan, no flavor, water tasted weird. Server was friendly. Atmosphere was crowded and long wait for sub par food. Will never return here so disappointed.
