Absolutely loved my two experiences here and will continue to visit. My first time coming was very welcoming, and it was for my child. She was 4 at the time and can be very difficult to get to sit still especially when it comes to her hair. However, Alex and the owner were so calm and caring that she felt as if she was at home and the blowout was so smooth and neat for not being touched with the flat iron. Even with a language barrier being present, my daughter still felt comfortable with her stylist.

It was too unprofessional, nothing against the stylist himself ( Alex ). But there was a language barrier. Upon arrival it seemed like he didn’t even know I had an appointment. Did not get the service I booked for and when it came time to pay he had to call someone I assume the owner Amira, I was completely startled at the price considering I booked for a 25$ special and ended up paying 60$. It’s not real hair professional she’s hiring anyone that seems as if they do hair or can bring in money I first got a up down due the girl put tissue in my hair to hold ponytail it fell out the next day which I did call to fix still had to pay again for fix which I did although I left 50 dollar tip … I go an get A ponytail which I realize my hair was burning from the flat iron u can see the steam just burning no heat protection or anything My Hair is now extremely Damaged an short my braids are at my hair Line length & not a... read more
