6 months ago I a had severe pain from a suspected ovarian cyst stomache was so swolen it made me look pregnant.I had been seeing dr tann for 1 year she ultrasounded it and mistook it for organ that I already had removed years ago . But she didn’t read my file and when I told her that she said she didn't know what it is and I should just hold out for 8 months then come back to check. needless to say I found a new doctor, who checked things out and performed surgery, turns out my cyst was hemorrhaging and now I'm feeling a lot... read more
Dr and staff nice, however, if it's paperwork for your work, they don't complete it or they need to make corrections on the paperwork. Also claiming that it takes 3 business days to receive a fax. And when you call about the paperwork, they don't like to answer or call back
Dr.Tan and her team are absolutely amazing! Super easy to talk to and make you feel very comfortable.
I went online to schedule an appointment. Got an email stating they’d contact me next day. Next day I get another email stating they couldn’t reach me yet I have no missed calls OR voicemails. So I called the office. After waiting on hold for over five minutes the receptionist told me I’d need to call back. Ridiculous. Doctors and their affiliates have no appreciation nor consideration for the patients time or needs.
