This company is a 10/10. I’ve been using them over a month now for all my husband visit. If you need a transportation company they are your go to!!!!

This company is absolutely fantastic. And the people were super nice. The customer service was the best. They stood up to the plate when I needed it the most, when I was not getting help from anybody else. They were there. They were able to help me get transportation for a gentleman that I take care of within a couple of hours and it was done. I highly recommend them and the price was very fair. Thank you!!!

We scheduled medical transportation with Amira Transport from Virginia Beach to Richmond and paid $1,800 for a Tuesday appointment. Unfortunately, my mom’s appointment was canceled, so we canceled the ride on Saturday — three days in advance. According to their own cancellation policy, only same-day cancellations receive a 20% refund and day-before cancellations receive a 50% refund.
