I saw this doctor in 2006 after a car accident. I was seeing him for 2-3 years over on Rt. 447 then he left without any notice. Before he left he did a procedure where he goes in to burn a nerve in my spine and then he left. The doctor who took his place couldn’t answer any of my questions about the procedure he did . Went for my medical card a couple years ago. Got everything done, then was told an issue on there end needed to be resolved. I said okay and I figured they would process the issue. Guess what, i never received my medical card. I tried calling numerous times with no one answering the call or calling back. It's a shame. I got recommended by my doctor and let her know of this bad experience. My partner also got recommended this place from the doctors and I advised him to go to someone else to prevent losing money.
