Location 10/10 Slightly dated interior 2006 (80s Spanish inspired architecture) but was a long term option many years ago when I stayed here, could be your worst nightmare or your best dream if lodged here when it gets sectioned off for the car races, cannot complain about the location otherwise, only thing is tall buildings block the sun on the beach in the afternoon otherwise it is paradise.
No nonsense apartments which are spacious and fully equipped including laundry and kitchen. Reasonably quiet for a central location Basement car park is a bit of a squeeze but manageable - use your parking sensors. No on site staff at this location. "Check in" is at the nearby Bougainvillea apartments.
So dispointed with the manager of the place with his non sense rules as we couldn't have our stuff in the parking or we couldn't get in to our flat with the surfboard.
