He was very detailed when explaining my injury and developing a treatment plan. I’m happy he is my doctor.
Prompt, attentive and took time to explain things. The office runs very efficiently and the MA and x-ray tech were great as well!
I was very apprehensive going into my meeting with Dr. Shaien, but he immediately put me at ease. He was professional, but very personable. He explained the procedure, and showed me drawings so I'd be aware of what the procedure entailed. I expressed my concern about my age, and when he said "We'll take good care of you", he had my trust. God has given him a gift, and I trust God.
