The appointment was scheduled over than 1 month in advance back in December 2021. Yesterday, I've called and confirmed the appointment. Today, I came and was informed that the doctor is not there and I need to call some number to reschedule it. The story was told to me - there are two phone numbers on my file - they called one of two and left a voice mail. The thing is that one was not my phone number. The second phone number was a correct one but it wasn't called fro some unknown reason.
