Wish I could give a 0 star! Super rude and inappropriate during my mothers appointment. He made it seem like what she was experiencing was in her head. After her appointment she lost hope and didn’t want to ever come back. Is this the type of service UCSF wants to be known for ? Here’s a suggestion don’t be a doctor if you don’t genuinely want to care for people!
