Paid over 3k for a carpet for my 3 bedroom house. Nails sticking out on carpet on the stairs, carpet has come apart on the door edges. I called in several times and gave them the opportunity to rectify the issue no one turned up and I guess they didn’t really care once they had the money. Carpet itself was good fitters didn’t do a good job. Should have gone to another shop and paid that little bit extra.
