I called in to see if they had a last-minute oil and filter change time available – and they were able to accommodate. The guy who worked there seemed very friendly and the price seemed standard for a self owned shop in Vancouver. I will likely come again as long as all seems to go well between now and my next filter change.
Had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I came in for a second opinion based on proximity and positive reviews, but ultimately left with a very bad impression. I initially came in for an oil change and asked the owner / owner’s son, Riaz, to check a few items while the car was on the hoist: the belt drive, control arms, brake fluid, and brake pads. I took my car in for an oil change and basic check up today because of the positive reviews. I was looking for somewhere other than Mr. Lube to take my car as they charge way too much. I was happy with how quick they serviced my car and the oil change was more cost effective. However, I was very surprised to see that I was charged for washer fluid ($6.90).
