TLDR: They lack attention to detail and general cleanliness and couldn't even pour a concrete curb within spec - apparently it was so bad that Lenexa withheld a large sum of money. Some of the street does not drain water 😥 Stevie Wonder could of done a better job cleaning up the job site.
