Kevin is amazing and does a wonderful job but he over books and you have to wait one or two hours sometimes over the time you booked. Heather is the same way. Twice this week I have gone to my appointment and she had two people ahead of me so I had to reschedule my appointment. The last appointment I told her I would not be coming back. Although she does great work, I don’t have time to book an appointment and show up on time and then she has two other people in chairs.
