Front desk was exceptional!! Brar and the rest of her staff need more customer service training. No empathy what so ever. We are nothing more than a payday and she proved that when I was a patient of hers. When I tried explaining what her staff member said to me...Brar tore up my notes (which I needed for my cardiologist) she said she was ending our healthcare relationship because she didn't hire staff to be nice and that she hired them to do a job.
