DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The receptionist is unprofessional, misinformed, and clueless! She will lie and say you're insurance is not in network without facts. Dr Amin should be ashamed of herself for hiring such a person. I'd rather you say you're not accepting new patients than lie and say my ins is not in network.
The office associate/receptionist is very rudeeeee and unorganized. Promises one thing such as a call back then forgets. Has the nastiest attitude when asked questions. Lied about calling the hospital for my bloodwork. Ridiculous!! This field is not for her
