He is super professional. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. I would like to say, appreciate Dr Esfahani taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Highly recommended to anyone.
The front staff is always rude and not very helpful. At my last appointment I arrived about 5-7 minutes late because I was having difficulty finding the building and the front desk was not answering my call for directions. I also had my newborn baby with me (its mid December) and when I went to check in, the receptionist took her time checking me in only to say she has to check if the doctor will still see me due to being late: I asked what their late policy was and she said 7-15 minutes and I was in the gray area.
