The front staff is always rude and not very helpful. At my last appointment I arrived about 5-7 minutes late because I was having difficulty finding the building and the front desk was not answering my call for directions. I also had my newborn baby with me (its mid December) and when I went to check in, the receptionist took her time checking me in only to say she has to check if the doctor will still see me due to being late: I asked what their late policy was and she said 7-15 minutes and I was in the gray area.
