Called for a design and estimate for new house back yard, told us another designer guy will come and talk with other day. They missed the second appointment and scheduled for next day. I was ok with it. After designer guy came and talked with us, he dived so deep the whole week and never got back to us till we call again the next Monday trying to find out why it takes so long. He promised to get back to us next morning with estimate and completed design. Never heard him since.
