Amazing BJJ gym. Coach Dave keeps a clean and friendly environment to train in. All levels feel welcome and the training is to the best standard.
The Checkmat BJJ gym is fantastic. The people are friendly and accommodating. The instructor Dave is very helpful and makes sure everybody understands the techniques. He helped me face my fears and greatly improved my confidence and skill in self-defence. I would recommend Checkmat Orpington to any beginners like myself who want to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
