LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. I made the mistake by not listening. This place is a real life rip off. Went into derate….my scan tool said nox sensor. Went in there and they charged me 5091 dollars (after he said the worst case would be 3600). Changed def pump, valve and a hose. Next day after leaving…went right back into derate. Shop stopped answering my calls…went to another shop, changed my nox sensor, and I’m good. Taking legal actions now. DONT SIGN THAT legal paper, where they try and make you pay for lawyer fees for them
I called thise pple to assist me when I stuck 1 Mile and the charged me $2000 for towing Changing clutch they told me 8 hrs by $160 but I end up paying 10 hrs Diagnostics it was 2 hrs but they charged me 4hrs. Don't knw 4 hrs for what while we all knew clutch need to be changed 1. The reason why they charged me $2000 is becouse they were frustrated that I bought my own parts. this place is the biggest scam even there reviewers are scam a $2k job jumped to $8K after estimate more things added to the job without promission anger call the police is worthless they'll tell to take them to court witch i will . After the biggest argument. They gave me the semi without road test or guarantee. Do not give them you business take it anywhere %cheaper even the dealer is cheaper basically I payed $8k for clutch
Scammers, STAY AWAY from this place They will hunt you.. I paid this guys $7800 for clutch and actuator job !! I did the same job for my other truck for $4000. You gave estimate of $2480 Next you said truck needs clutch for additional $1500. Towing was $300 You just ripped me off because you can. But guess what!! I will get my money legally. I did it before and I will do it again.
