I cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for the respect and professionalism your services provided during an extremely difficult and stressful time. You foresaw every detail from her dress to hair and makeup to arrangements with the church and cemetery. Everything happened on one day, and the organization of people, cars, and getting people from one place to the next was precise. You are extremely good at your job.
