Purchased this food trailer expecting it to be functional, but it’s a complete disaster. The frame is rusted to the point where it’s structurally unsound and unsafe to use. The wiring is a mess. Exposed cables everywhere, and the plumbing is barely functional, with leaks and poorly fitted connections. The brakes on the trailer are faulty too, making it dangerous to tow. Lot of issues with rust already for a 6 months old trailer. Water leaks from under the sink, freezer fan stops working all of a sudden and have to power down the trailer to kick start it, weak legs - front leg broke and we had to get all legs replaced, ESV compliance not provided - when asked the lady amie says "oh that's how all food trucks operate, plumber is scaring you" ! This is a trap. They put all cheap stuff . And not even bother about after selling the truck . Poor customer service . And I’m trying these people for last 6 months to fix some issues. No response from the owner? Lady Amie. Will take legal action .
My wife and I are extremely impressed with the whole process of purchasing our food trailer from Amie. The communication and effort on her part was exemplary and above expectations. The trailer came in record time (I won't state time frame because I assume that this was a very unique case) and they even delivered to my front door.
