First time with them to file my taxes and last ... they didn't even file them and still charged . Over a month working on them and no communication from them with us till 2 weeks for last day to file . And only because we contacted them for statis and still blame us for not providing all documents they needed. Then come to find out they ( person ( s) working on my taxes ) are out of town and no one in office has no details on my tax statis .
