With the pool sitting empty over winter, we took the opportunity to have the whole shell rebuilt and reshaped slightly to include a shallow lounging ledge. Working through the cooler months meant there was no pressure to rush the job to get us swimming again, and the extra time allowed for a really thorough, high-quality build. Can't wait to actually use it once the weather warms up.
Our pool had developed a persistent leak that we'd struggled to diagnose ourselves for months, losing a noticeable amount of water every week. They used proper leak detection equipment to pinpoint the exact location of the crack, rather than just guessing and draining the whole pool unnecessarily. Once identified, the repair was completed quickly, and our water levels have been stable ever since. Should have called them sooner.
