The guy there is the rudest ever, he should not be the face of customer service at that office and he shouldn't be training someone either. I'm not going to that office no more, I'll be going down the street on kedzie and 59 from now on.
My lesson surely came with a cost! Please avoid this place by any means necessary to avoid any future problems. They are a scam. I was insured at the time of my car accident and they are not taking any responsibility.
