AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had their insurance, no accidents thank God, but I cannot comment on how they handle claims. The price is good. My problem is The N.R location seems to never be open the website and phone number that is posted for the N.R. location will redirect you to an employee in Chicago. This is a problem because I had to drive to a further location to actually speak to someone and then finally purchase insurance. What is the N.R. location used for???
