Worse car insurance ever. I had my policy with them with the road assistance included just to find out i still had to pay for the towing services. I had the knowledge that the road assistance have towing included. All details including the having to pay depending on the condition the vehicle is. When contacting the "manager" she was no help at all and was telling me to contact the towing company which was no help at all.
